After you register through the EIT Health program webpage, your application will be evaluated by our teams. Following a positive evaluation, you will receive the invitation to one of our three locations, including the payment link for the participation fee.

The participation fee is 350,00 € per Person. This includes access to all onsite lectures, workshops and social events, as well as the hackathon. Coffee breaks will be offered throughout the week at the venue and lunches at the University Cafeteria.

Accommodations

Our team has pre-booked single-person rooms (including breakfast) from Sunday, August 10 until Friday, August 15 at youth hostel Heidelberg located near the venue. The cost for the entire stay is 290,19 €. Due to fixed group bookings, individual travel dates cannot be adjusted. You need to book the hostel directly with your registration, after you’ve received the registration link. Subsequent bookings are not possible.

Separate accommodation can be booked at several hotels in Heidelberg. For more information, we recommend consulting the Heidelberg Marketing website.


Payment information

Payments can be made by bank transfer and credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express).

The payment deadline for bank transfer is June 4, 2025 

All payments are to be made in Euro. All charges due to bank transfer must be paid by the sender

Cancellation policy

To cancel your participation, notify the organizing team via Email: unikt-kongresse@zuv.uni-heidelberg.de. Cancellations by the participants may be made without stating reasons in accordance with the following conditions:

If the Summer School office is notified

Prior to June 4, 2025, 50% of the participation fee is refunded 

After June 4, 2025, no refund will be possible 

There are a number of services that are provided in the background included in the registration fee. To establish a program, an international committee can be put together or well-known speakers are invited. If these are not voluntary services, expenses are to be considered in the calculation of the congress such as travel expenses, reduced conference attendance, speaker’s dinner or other paid services including any incidental costs such as tips.
